Summary of Services
Our proposal includes the engineering services to evaluate the existing foundation and provide the necessary structural plans to add a third floor to the residence.
Working Methodology
• Inspection visit to determine the existing foundation structure. • Analysis of the existing structure. • Production of signed and sealed structural plans for the third floor addition.
Deliverables
• Structural plans for the third floor addition.
Fees
• Our proposal fee for the initial visit to determine the existing foundation structure is seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) dollars plus applicable taxes. • Our proposal fee for the analysis of the existing structure and production of signed and sealed structural plans for the addition is two thousand ($2,000.00) dollars plus applicable taxes. • Additional visits needed to evaluate the final structure, will be charged at a fixed rate of $135/hr including travel time. At the time of the inspection, the structure will need to be visible, this must be accommodated by the client.
