Summary of Services
Our proposal includes the engineering services to inspect the structure of the commercial property. This will involve an analysis of the existing structure, a site visit to take measurements (if required) and the production of signed and sealed structural plans.
Working Methodology
• Inspection visit to determine the structural integrity of the building. • Inspection visit to determine the measurements of the structural elements (4 hrs visit maximum) • Analysis of the existing structure. • Production of signed and sealed structural plans.
Deliverables
• Structural plans.
Fees
• Our proposal fee for the initial visit to determine the structural integrity of the building and take measurements where needed is seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) dollars plus applicable taxes. • Our proposal fee for the design of the structure as well as drafting of plans for the building is seven hundred ($700.00) dollars plus applicable taxes. • Additional visits needed to evaluate the final structure, will be charged at a fixed rate of 135$/hr including travel time. At the time of the inspection, the structure will need to be visible, this must be accommodated by the client.
