Our proposal includes the engineering services to evaluate the structural integrity of the residence. As well as the production of plans for any modifications or additions to the structure.
Working Methodology
• Inspection visit to determine the structural integrity of the residence. • Analysis of the existing structure. • Production of signed and sealed structural plans for any modifications or additions.
Deliverables
• Structural plans for any modifications or additions to the residence.
Fees
• Our proposal fee for the initial visit to determine the structural integrity of the residence is six hundred ($ 600.00) dollars plus applicable taxes. • Our proposal fee for the design of the structure as well as drafting of plans for the modifications or additions is one thousand ($ 1,000.00) dollars plus applicable taxes. • Additional visits needed to evaluate the final structure, will be charged at a fixed rate of 135$/hr including travel time. At the time of the inspection, the structure will need to be visible, this must be accommodated by the client.
