We are pleased to present our proposal for the provision of structural engineering services for the renovation and expansion of the single-family home at the above-mentioned address. This offer presents our working methodology, a description of the deliverables that will be provided, the fees to carry out the mandate as well as the delay to submit the various deliverables. Summary of Services

Our proposal includes the engineering services to evaluate the structural elements of the house and provide plans for permits and for construction as part of the renovation and expansion work.

Working Methodology

• Analysis of architectural plans. • Plan analysis of the existing structure; • Site visit and taking of readings (if required); • Interdisciplinary coordination; • Design of structural elements, • Presentation of a first version of structural plans and specifications for coordination with the architect and for permits; • Correction and issuance of construction plans. Exclusions: • Temporary supports and/or shoring, • Formwork design, • Connections of steel elements and preparation of shop drawings, • Estimated work costs, • Bracing of existing walls, • Exterior work such as: curbs, sidewalks, parking, paving, paving stones etc., • Architectural elements such as: curtain walls, bodyguards, etc.

Deliverables

• Structural plans for coordination/permits; • Structural plans for constructions

Fees

• Our proposed fee for the services mentioned above is three thousand five hundred- ($3,500.00) dollars plus applicable taxes. Timeline We undertake to provide plans and quotes for coordination (15) working days following our visit to the site, the date of which is to be agreed with the client.
