This offer presents our working methodology, a description of the deliverables that will be provided, our fees for carrying out the mandate as well as the delay to submit the various deliverables. Summary of Services

Our proposal includes the engineering services needed for the construction of an additional floor to the existing condominium. This includes the analysis of the structural elements of the existing structure, the production of plans for the new floor, and the coordination with the other disciplines involved in the project.

Working Methodology

• Inspection visit to determine the measurements of the structural elements of the existing building. • Analysis of the existing structure. • Production of signed and sealed structural plans for the new floor. • Interdisciplinary coordination.

Deliverables

• Structural plans for the floor to be added.

Fees

• Our proposal fee for the initial visit to determine the measurements of the existing structure and take readings where needed is seven hundred and fifty ($ 750.00) dollars plus applicable taxes. • Our proposal fee for the analysis of the existing structure, production of plans for the new floor and coordination with other disciplines is three thousand five hundred ($ 3,500.00) dollars plus applicable taxes. • Additional visits needed to evaluate the final structure, will be charged at a fixed rate of 135$/hr including travel time. At the time of the inspection, the structure will need to be visible, this must be accommodated by the client.
